AESG is conducting environmental site assessments for three large master plan public housing developments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, being developed by the Ministry of Housing. Individual plot areas are 224 Ha, 272 Ha, and 75 Ha.

The project scope included detailed terrestrial ecology surveys, air quality and noise monitoring, and wind and shading analysis of the proposed design. Site surveys were conducted for all three sites to establish baseline conditions, and an initial report was prepared taking into account site survey findings and desktop research. Phase II of the project included in-depth assessments and recommendations for optimization of the master plan design based on detailed site survey results and analyses.
